Returns Policy

All items must be returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your product. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Please note that you can’t return any item before logging-in to our RMI system.  For more details regarding the RMI please check our RMI Policy at the footer of website.

Clothing and Accessories
Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all designer garment tags still attached.

Bags and leather Goods
Please handle light-colored bags and leather goods carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoebox. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoebox inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini are not return or exchange able.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact our customer care team to refund your item.

Late Returns
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of

Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

Refund Policy
We typically refund your order through our secure payment Gateaway (CyberSource).

Credit Card
Upon request, we can organize a refund to your credit card statement. This process takes around 10 - 14 working days from the date of your order cancellation.
